This Privacy Policy describes how Arqynova S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Arqynova”, “we”) processes the personal data of people who visit arqynova.com or use its information services about real estate crowdlending in Argentina. We follow Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, Resolution AAIP 4/2019 and international best practices applicable to digital platforms.

2. Data we process
We collect the data you provide in the contact form (name, email and message) and browsing data generated automatically when you enter the site (anonymised IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, time on page and traffic source).
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to your queries, send information about real estate crowdlending projects when you request it, improve the site experience, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes outside Arqynova.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (form and optional cookies), on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship that begins when you contact us, and on compliance with legal obligations derived from Law 25,326.
5. Retention
We keep the form data while there is an active relationship with you or for the periods required by applicable regulations. Browsing data is stored in aggregated form for a maximum of 24 months.
6. Processors and transfers
We may rely on infrastructure, analytics and advertising providers (for example, Google LLC for Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) acting as data processors and applying safeguards equivalent to those required by Argentine regulations.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition by writing to hola@arqynova.com with a copy of your ID. If you have concerns, you can contact the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), the Argentine supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, including encryption in transit, access control and periodic audits. No system is infallible, so please let us know about any misuse you detect.

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. We will publish the current version on this page, with the last update date.
